Day 17

Today, I woke up at 7:00, read the Bible and started working out at 7:30. As soon as the warm up started, I started to feel sick in my stomach. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my eating/drinking habits. Last night I had Wendy's for dinner and I didn't have much to eat (or drink) yesterday. Stupid me. So, I got forty minutes into my workout and had to end for fear of throwing up everywhere. I only had 12 minutes left and the Ab Ripper X, so I don't feel too bad. I would have liked to finish. I pushed myself hard through the 40 minutes I completed.

On another note, I am surprised at how much progress I've seen just in these 17 days. I (and others) can already notice more definition and I feel stronger (not healthier, because of my terrible diet, but stronger). I'm excited =)
