Today, I woke up at 7:00, read the Bible and started working out at 7:30. As soon as the warm up started, I started to feel sick in my stomach. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my eating/drinking habits. Last night I had Wendy's for dinner and I didn't have much to eat (or drink) yesterday. Stupid me. So, I got forty minutes into my workout and had to end for fear of throwing up everywhere. I only had 12 minutes left and the Ab Ripper X, so I don't feel too bad. I would have liked to finish. I pushed myself hard through the 40 minutes I completed.
On another note, I am surprised at how much progress I've seen just in these 17 days. I (and others) can already notice more definition and I feel stronger (not healthier, because of my terrible diet, but stronger). I'm excited =)

Bloggin' a little late
Okay, so I'm already on Day 16. I didn't think about blogging to keep myself accountable, but after waking up yesterday and today and not working out I realize that I need to do this. I am working out alone, so that makes it hard. I've missed 3 out of 16 days so far. I hope those numbers end as 3 out of 90 days. As a way to keep myself motivated, I have come up with a "rewards system." On Day 30, I will buy myself a heart-rate monitor for my cardiovascular exercises (so I don't die). On day 60, I'm going to buy some nice workout shoes (lightweight, strong ankel support, and such.) On day 90, I'm gonna buy a new pull-up bar (the one that hangs in your door that you can take off and put on the ground for push-ups and crunches.
Tomorrow, I do Shoulders and Arms for the third time. I will record my weights and repetitions. Thursday I do Yoga X (I'm only doing the first half for now, since I can't even really do that!) Friday is Legs and Back, Saturday is Kenpo. Monday starts my first recovery week.
So, I'll blog tomorrow (maybe with pix?)
On Day 30, I will have pix and will do the fitness test so I can see my progress afterwards.
